Horse Trail Rides
Jerry Kelly is a local (Waruungu) Aboriginal man who was born in the Barkly Region and has spent years working on cattle stations around the region.
He has also spent many years teaching horse riding skills and taking people on bush tucker trail ride in the local region. He has been training local indigenous youth in horse and cattle handling skills so that they can get employment on cattle stations in the Northern Territory. Jerry loves teaching horse riding skills has a passion for talking about the old days and stockman’s life, where to dind bush tucker, and loves to entertain guests over a cup of billy tea and damper cooked on an open fire.
