Cultural Awareness consultancy, traditional dancing and Welcome to Country.
Marie Ellise is from Amoonguna Community (15km East of Alice Springs) and has been working in tourism for two of years and has been working expressing her culture through her dance. Marie established a dance group in 2007 and there are currently 6 members including younger dancers. Dancing is a strong way for them to continue their culture.
She is also and artist and poet. She often uses her poetry in Welcome to Country presentations.
