The Art Centre currently supports over 500 Indigenous artists with a special focus on supporting the “Hermannsburg School’ style watercolour artists, who continue to paint in the tradition of their grandfather, Albert Namatjira. Many Hands artists come from a wide geographical area west of Alice Springs. The artworks tell many different stories and are completed in a variety of styles, from the landscape watercolours to fine dot work, naive paintings and bold contemporary paintings. You can visit our gallery, take a guided tour or even create your own masterpiece.
